Submitting complaints, suggestions and feedback helps SOS Children’s Villages improve the services provided to the community and protect beneficiaries from any abuse that may occur while receiving the organization’s services. If you would like to submit a complaint about abuse, please provide as much information as possible in this form. If you would like to suggest improvements to service quality as part of your feedback, please go to the end of the form and provide as much detail as possible in the space provided.
